You matter

You matter

Asking for help can feel incredibly difficult because of the vulnerability it demands.

It’s natural to worry about how others might perceive you, especially when you're attuned to their emotions and reactions. We often hesitate, fearing that we'll be judged, misunderstood, or seen as incapable. However, asking for help is an act of strength, not weakness.

It takes courage to admit that you can’t do it all on your own, and it's a step towards self-compassion and your wellbeing.

By reaching out, you’re also giving others a chance to offer their support and empathy, which creates a deeper sense of connection and belonging. When we lean on others, we often realize that we're not alone in our struggles, and that builds resilience.

We believe you matter and so should you.
